By ordering a commission from me you are automatically agreeing to my terms of service.
These terms may be subject to change.Note; I only draw canines, felines, equines & draconids mostly. Other creatures may be discussed. However I do not draw humanoids (except for creatures such as a werewolf, that could be a possibility.)
I also don't do NSFW/suggestive/18+ artwork.1. I am not obligated to work within a deadline until payment has been sent.2. I will not finish the commission if payment is not sent per. request (either upfront or after sketch has been approved.)3. I cannot promise your design will be done with a 100% accuracy, as I work best when given some artistic freedom and how your character looks in a very cartoony art style will not always translate very well into my art style, so sometimes designs are changed a bit to better suite my art style.4. Full bodies and character or/and creature designs will include a sketch approval type, of course you can ask me to not send WIPs if you wish for your commission to be a surprise. I will message you the WIPs/sketches wherever we first discussed the commission.5. No major changes can be done to a commission after the sketch has been approved.6. Prices may vary depending on how detailed the commission request is or/and the character reference provided is. (Like winged characters, characters with complex antlers etc.)7. Estimated date to completion is anywhere between a day to 3 months. Although I try to stay within finishing a commission within a month's time. If somethings come up and I am slow I will notify you, the commissioner, about this.8. If the commission is cancelled (by either me or you, the client) before the work has been started you as the client will receive a full refund. The client can receive about a 50% refund if the work has started and I have not reached past the sketch phase. You cannot ask for a refund after you've approved of the sketch. If I am the one who cancels the commission due to my inability to finish it (even if I'm almost done) you as the client will receive a full refund.9. I retain full rights to the artwork commissioned unless stated otherwise. This means my art cannot be used as an NFT, be sold or made copies of. And you cannot claim the artwork as your own.10. My artwork can not be used in A.I "art" image generating.11. My art is for personal use only, not commercial. If you wish to commission me for art that is to be used for commercial purposes talk about price can be conducted in private.

My ToS can change at anytime, but please be aware if any changes are made to either the ToS or prices current commissions that has already been paid for won't be affected by these changes, only future commissions/orders. I will not notify anyone about changes.
